Weekly Update - Updated invitation flows
Updated invitation flow on Enterprise accounts with FLP
The new interactive flow guides users and gives a clear understanding of the permissions the invitees get. For example, Company Admins can now easily process changes and conflicts directly in the invitation flow. We have updated the invitation flow to both Team and Org and it is available to all users in the account with permission to invite users.
Request management integration also with Jira Service Management
Enterprise Company admins can streamline day-to-day management of Miro by using ITSM also from Jira in addition to ServiceNow. With this integration, requests from Miro flow automatically as tickets to Jira Service Management.
