Product development and design

We’re updating our design and product development guidelines to accommodate accessibility requirements (based on the AA level of WCAG 2.1) to ensure that Miro ships features developed with accessibility over time.

We've also hired LevelAccess to conduct accessibility audit of the various product components and guide us on the remediation plan.

User testing & feedback

All of our product updates are designed and shipped with our users in mind, that is why we are always looking for ways to iterate and enhance the existing functionality, as well as add new features based on the inputs you provide.

Training

We want Miro’s employees to have the knowledge and tools they need to produce product improvements and new features with accessibility in mind. Our partners from LevelAccess are conducting ongoing accessibility training for all of our product managers, product designers, and engineers.
