Dealer Facilitation

PRE-SALE

Our staff monitors system health and “walks the lot” online to make sure everything is in order. You get a report of any issues our team has corrected already and those that the team on-site must correct if any. We’re checking for things like:

Do any dealers need help with registration? (requested via EDGE Pipeline or EDGE Lookout)

Are all of your cars online?

Are you receiving Proxy Bids?

Are all software services up and running at the auction?

Are any units missing photos or have an incorrect front main photo?


SALE DAY

We monitor and proactively fix failed bidder badges in real-time, then reach out to the buyer to let them know they can attend simulcast. We reach out using email, phone calls, and text messaging.

For bidders that have issues to fix themselves, we give clear instructions on how to correct them. Issues can include updating expired documents in AuctionACCESS, completing required auction paperwork, or paying monies owed to the auction.

We take calls throughout the week to ensure your buyers have access to Simulcast, answering a variety of questions related to dealer registration, AuctionACCESS, EDGE Pipeline, and auction processes.


POST-SALE

We identify Impact bidders on rejected IFs and send the leads to your sales staff to boost online sales.

We review Proxy Bids post-sale to identify missed opportunities and send the leads to your sales staff.

We prepare EDGE Admin for the upcoming auction event.
