With AuctioOffice you get a powerful back office solution for the preparation, implementation and processing of online, live or hybrid auctions as well as traditional auctions such as floor auctions.
Our software for auction management, which is used before, during and after your auctions, takes over the complete administration of all relevant core business processes of your auction house - i.e. all data-relevant processes - in the area of responsibility of an auctioneer: from consignment and consignment contracts, catalog printing, label creation, auction preparation and implementation, right through to invoicing the bidders and settling accounts with the consignors.

Create automated confirmations of arrival and evaluate your auctions. They send all the receipts by email and, if necessary, they can also be accessed online by the bidder.

Address management for clients, bidders and consignors enables not only the usual entry of master data, but also the entry of deviating fee rates, differential taxation and special auction-related costs. The detailed, storable and fast search and filter function presents large amounts of data transparently and clearly.
Lot management for auction houses
All relevant auction data for your auction lots is recorded via the lot management in AuctioOffice. By being categorized into auction sections, the lots in an auction can be easily grouped and accessed within the auction as you need them, taking into account catalog numbers of course. If the field specifications in the input masks for the auction items are not sufficient for you, you can also use freely definable fields for further object details.
Special costs for auction lots
Special costs such as shipping and storage fees, disposal flat rates, etc. can also be recorded in AuctioOffice. You can assign multiple images to individual items at the same time using drag-and-drop. Label printing supports you in labeling auction items. As an alternative to direct entry in the program, auction items can also be imported from Excel lists.
From auction registration to billing
AuctioOffice enables you as an auction house to easily plan and handle your auction processes. This includes the entry of lots, generation of catalog numbers, sorting of lots within the auction, assignment of bidder numbers and automatic catalog creation for print or transfer directly to AuctioWeb.
In the invoice module, you generate bidder and consignor invoices, create credit notes or use the option of free invoicing. The entry of special costs and the possibility of pro forma printing make operation flexible and easy. You can also carry out a complete settlement of the entire auction at the push of a button.
In the post-processing, the remainder management, the printing of results, the emergency article management as well as the creation of statistics (buyer lists, result lists, remainder lists, etc.) takes place.
