Aggregate/Trucking

Keep on top of your pit operation by automatically getting invoices for drivers and materials flowing through multiple companies

The Aggregate / Trucking module targets our customers who have pit operations by automatically updating jobs and even other companies in one shot.  Keep track of the income and expenses of the pit operation, pay drivers, bill customers, and charge in-house jobs all in one place.

The Aggregate / Trucking module allows you to set up billing rates for materials, work orders for specific customers or jobs with defined rates, and contracts with drivers.   All these costs and income will be tracked in AP and AR modules, Job Cost and, of course, the GL.  The best part, if you run your pits in a different company than your jobs, the postings will go to the correct companies automatically so you don't have to make the entries manually.  Just tell the module what tickets you're interested in billing and it will run with the rest.  The imaging system can also be set up to read barcoded tickets in order to automatically index the tickets so you can spend time running the pit.

Equipment
Track what equipment you have and stay on top of maintenance schedules and pass the equipment costs directly into your job costs.
This module provides tools to track the cost effectiveness of your equipment by allowing the AR and AP modules to apply costs and income directly to the equipment.  Run reports about the status of equipment and see what costs it's incurred in a given time period.  It also allows the rates to be set for applying equipment costs to your jobs.
